•Our press-on nails are handcrafted, so slight variations in color or design may occur.

Shipping & Delivery Policy
Processing Time:
•All sets are handmade to order. Please allow 2-5 business days for production before shipping.
•During high-demand periods, processing times may extend, but we'll notify you if there are any delays.

Order Tracking:
Once you order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages:
We are not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by the carrier, but we'll help you file a claim if needed.
Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade nature of our press-on nails, all sales are final. However, we want you to be happy with your order!
If you received a defective or incorrect item:
•Contact us within 3 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
•We'll gladly send a replacement or offer store credit.
Cancellations:
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase. After that, production begins, and cancellations won't be possible.
Sizing:
We recommend the coin method for a accurate size. We cannot accept returns for incorrect sizing.
